You will help determine the future leaders and develop specific development plans for your direct reports in coordination with sales training and sales management. In addition, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Director and National Account Team to meet sales and profit objectives while adhering to the corporate sales and marketing strategy, provide market insight to management and maintain up to date records on all direct reports.Responsibilities:Selected candidate must be able to exercise appropriate judgment when assessing the needs of each individual direct report. Requires a high level of initiative and independence. Additional requirements include excellent written and oral communication and PC (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and sales force automation systems) skills. Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours. Travel within territory required – may include both car and air travel depending upon territory. Some national travel to corporate headquarters, training and sales meetings may also be required on a periodic basis.
