US VA Crosspointe	Details: The Manufacturing Engineering Manager position is responsible for providing work direction for the Manufacturing Engineering staff dedicated to the support of manufacturing operations and managing the technical resource support to transition manufacturing processes into the production environment. In addition this position is responsible for assuring manufacturing integrity, services and technical guidance. The position will: * Balance the ME (Manufacturing Engineer) resources to meet the requirements of the business. * Support the execution of the Crosspointe Rotatives Business Plan and lead its technical implementation for the Crosspointe site. * Integrate the ME functional objectives into the Rotatives Supply Chain Unit strategy for the Crosspointe site, addressing key issues such as quality, cost reduction, continuous improvement and Process Excellence. * Embed the implementation of Rolls-Royce Production System (RRPS) and Process Excellence in the business. * Create, develop and retain a professional ME community which can support the business processes and objectives. * Provide guidance to Engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. * Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.There is assistance available for relocation.
